What are the ingredients?

Dried Fruit, 38% (raisins, sultanas, black cherries, dates) Apple, Egg, Wheat Flour, (contains Gluten), Sugar, Butter (contains milk) White Bread (contains gluten, Soya, yeast, salt) Golden Syrup, Chopped Nuts 2% (Peanuts, Walnut, Almonds) Fresh Orange Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice, Strong Dark Ale, Rum, Brandy, Orange Zest, Lemon Zest, Mixed Spice, Ground Cinnamon, Salt, Ground Nutmeg.

Are your puddings suitable for Vegetarians?

Yes, we have replaced the traditional suet with butter. The puddings contain eggs so may not be suitable for Vegans

Are your puddings organic?

We are not currently registered as an organic producer, some of our ingredients are organic and we intend to apply for an organic status next year.

What Allergens do your puddings contain?

They contain: Egg, Milk, Soya, Peanuts, Nuts, Yeast, Gluten

What is the shelf life?

2 years+ during this time they just get better. Even after the best before date they are still OK to use (but not to sell). They will have dried out a little and lost some weight but a little extra brandy or Rum soon perks them up.

Do you have a certificate to prove that you manufacture safely?
Yes we are registered and approved with our local authority for the manufacture of puddings.

Do your puddings contain hydrogenated fats?

No the only fat included is the butter and it is not hydrogenated.

How should I store the pudding?

Keep the pudding in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.

How should I heat the pudding?

For the best results steam the pudding as directed on the label.
